Shipping Policy

Delivery Within Australia:

All other products will be dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been cleared and delivery times generally take 3-10 days within Australia.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the WONDERBUB office.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED GOODS
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, WONDERBUB is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, WONDERBUB will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any shipping losses or delays resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party postal or courier services, or any other matter outside of our control including any epidemics, lock-downs, strikes, wars, Acts of God, theft, or otherwise.
